About Evan

Evan has been building homes since he was just 17 years old. His first project was helping to build a Norwegian log cabin in rural Kentucky.

He loves building and designing furniture, working on projects, learning new things, and hanging out with his husband and dogs.

Since leaving Kentucky, he’s lived in Michigan, New Orleans, back to Michigan, then to Portland in 2018. He can’t wait to meet you and help you with your project 🙂

Over 20 years of experience

Evan has built countless projects since that first log cabin in Kentucky. He’s built treehouses, hobbit doors, kitchens big and small, and he’s even worked on Portland’s historic Pittock Mansion.

Values

Evan believes in quality over quantity and prefers to build things that last to reduce waste. He also strongly believes in paying his staff and contractors a living wage while also charging his clients a fair price.
